Photos, descriptions, prices, availability, amenities, and location details are provided by hosts. While we may review listings before publication, we do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current, lawful, or free from errors. You should independently verify all material facts before travelling or paying.

No booking guarantee

• Submitting an inquiry or message does not confirm a reservation.
• Featured or promoted placement does not constitute our endorsement of a property.
• We do not guarantee that a property is licensed, insured, or suitable for your needs.

Payments and contracts

Payments, deposits, cancellations, and refunds are arranged directly between guest and host unless we introduce a separate payment product in future (which would be governed by its own terms). Use secure payment methods and keep written confirmation of agreed dates, price, and cancellation rules.

User conduct and risk

You are responsible for your safety and due diligence. This includes verifying host identity, property condition, access instructions, and local regulations. Be cautious of requests for off-platform payments, unusually low prices, or pressure to pay before verification.

Third-party links and tools

Listings may link to external maps, messaging apps (e.g. WhatsApp, Viber), or social sharing tools. We are not responsible for third-party services or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greece2Stay and its operators are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or disappointment arising from use of the platform, reliance on listing content, or any rental arrangement—whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived still apply where relevant.

Reports and moderation

If you encounter suspicious, inaccurate, or offensive content, please report it via the listing page or contact us. We may remove content or suspend accounts but are not obligated to monitor every interaction.

Changes

We may update this disclaimer. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer, together with our Terms and Privacy Policy.
